Campin with the Varsities at the Dunes

Our first Varsity campout of the year.  We did some digging, but only with the 'Burban this time.  Got some good playing in, tinfoil dinners, and even some gum drop wars.

Listened to Conf while cleaning the garage

It has been a good Saturday.  I went in to do a little catch up at the office and then came home before noon.  When the next session of conference started I headed out to the garage with my MP3 player and a coat..  It was good to listen to those good people share their strength.  I especially liked Elder Holland's talk, he sure has a wonderful way of sharing.  The garage is full, but at least it looks better, and more importantly my wife can now park back where she normally does.  All in all it has been a productive and relaxing Saturday.  I plan on hitting the Priesthood session in about a 1/2 an hour and then enjoying the evening with my wife and the TV.

:)

Still pretty full, but better.

I bought 'em!!!!

I went up an gave Brian the dough and loaded up my two Big Reds, trailer, and plow!!!  The plow has a very new looking 48" Warn blade on it, it is much newer and lighter than my other plow blade.  The plan is to keep one Big Red (fixed up by scavenging parts from the other two machines), plow, and the trailer.  I hope to sell the other plow and Big Red next fall and part the other machine.  I decided I want try parting out these ATCs and see if it is as easy to sell as RPM  ATV says.

I found another 1984 Honda 200ES Big Red

This one is in much better shape than mine and comes with a parts machine, trailer, and a plow!!!  I should be able to make my nasty Big Red look presentable and find it a home in the fall.   I am going to pick it up on Thursday!

The Screamin Scrambler!!!! Polaris Scrambler 90cc finds a new home with us!

I found this little Quad this last week and made a pretty low-ball offer and today got the email response saying the guy would take my offer!!!  L and I jumped in the Suburban and trekked out to Tooele to inspect and pick it up.  Money from the sale of the Little Big Wheel and the Chinese little tank almost paid for this one completely.  The ride out to Tooele was nice and we talked about this and that as we drove along the mountains and past the Salt Lake.  This one we purchased to replace the little tank (the Chinese bike) that I got rid of because it was past it's prime.  The cool things about this little two stroke are that it has a thumb extension for the little hands that will drive it everywhere this summer, and it comes with rear paddle tires on Aluminum rims (like a $200 value)!  This has been a good day for both D and us.

Welcome the New Yamaha 450 into the Family

D signs over the Brute Force to Stew for a Sweet Bike.
Loaded up and almost ready to go
